End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Zee Hub ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of the NutriPath mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple or Android device that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the applicable app store.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

NutriPath offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time purchase:

• NutriPath Premium Monthly — a 1-month auto-renewable subscription.
• NutriPath Premium Annual — a 1-year auto-renewable subscription.
• NutriPath Premium Lifetime — a one-time, non-recurring purchase for permanent premium access.

The exact price and subscription length are shown within the App at the time of purchase, and prices are stated in your local currency where available.

Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings in the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel through your App Store or Google Play account.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, or interfere with its operation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

5. Health Disclaimer

NutriPath provides general nutrition, fitness, and wellness information and estimates. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health, dietary, or pregnancy-related decisions. You use health-related features at your own discretion and risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, trademarks, and software are owned by Zee Hub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights in the App.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. We may also suspend or terminate access for misuse.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zee Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
