This Privacy Policy explains how NutriPath ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Zee Hub, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the NutriPath mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and EULA.
Information we collect
- Account information: When you sign in with Google or Apple Sign-In, we receive basic profile details such as your name and email address.
- Health, nutrition & wellness data: Food logs, meals, calorie and macro entries, workouts, sleep data, medication reminders, body/progress data, and menstrual cycle or pregnancy tracking information that you choose to enter.
- Photos & camera: When you use the food analyzer or body scan features, the App accesses your camera or photo library only to process the images you choose. Images are used to generate nutrition or progress results.
- Purchase data: Information about your subscriptions and purchases (managed via the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Usage & device data: Basic technical information such as device type, app version, advertising identifiers, and anonymous analytics to help us improve the App and display ads in the free version.
How we use your information
- To provide core features such as food analysis, calorie and macro tracking, cycle tracking, and personalized guidance.
- To maintain your account and sync your data across your devices.
- To process and manage subscriptions and purchases.
- To send reminders and notifications you have enabled.
- To display and measure advertising in the free version, and to improve and secure the App.
Third-party services
NutriPath uses trusted third-party services that may process limited data on our behalf:
- AI providers to analyze food images and power the AI nutritionist.
- Nutrition databases (including USDA FoodData Central) for food information.
- Authentication providers (Google, Apple, Firebase) for secure sign-in.
- Subscription management (RevenueCat, the App Store, and Google Play) for premium subscriptions.
- Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) which may collect device identifiers to display and measure ads in the free version.
Advertising & tracking
The free version of NutriPath may display ads through Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers to provide and measure advertising. Where required, the App will ask for your permission before tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at the email below. You may also manage permissions (camera, photos, notifications, tracking) in your device settings.
Children's privacy
NutriPath is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
