Welcome to NutriPath. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NutriPath mobile application ("the App"), operated by Zee Hub. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy.

Use of the App

NutriPath provides nutrition tracking, food analysis, fitness, cycle tracking, and related wellness tools. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Not medical advice

NutriPath is for informational and general wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice, and it is not a regulated medical device. Calorie, macro, cycle, and AI-generated estimates may not be fully accurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your diet, health, fitness, or pregnancy.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may also use the App's guest access where available.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Payments

NutriPath offers optional premium access through the following products:

• NutriPath Premium Monthly — auto-renewable, billed every 1 month.
• NutriPath Premium Annual — auto-renewable, billed every 1 year.
• NutriPath Premium Lifetime — a single one-time purchase (non-recurring).

The current price and subscription duration for each option are displayed in the App at the point of purchase. The following terms apply to auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software in the App are owned by Zee Hub or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zee Hub is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
